The point about digital marketing is, of course, accountability. Yes, it's fast, flexible and dynamic, but what gets business so excited is the inherent measurability of digital effectiveness. All internet activity generates data, but in raw form it's only of limited use. At which point we'd like to introduce ERIC . . .

ERIC makes sense of email marketing data. Conceived, designed and built entirely in house, our 'Email Report & Intelligence Centre' is an innovative, powerful tool - and it's FREE. At its most basic, it's a convenient repository for the data associated with all the campaigns a client has run. Despatch times, volumes, open and click through rates all collated in tabular form - you'd expect that. But by adding data from other sources too, for example that collected via tags embedded into the emails we build, clients can follow recipients right through to, say, a shopping basket.

It doesn't stop there. Clever coding of the system allows clients to compare the relative performance of different campaigns over time, dynamically plotting KPI's in graphical form for quick and effective measurement of what works best.

And because it's web-based, clients using ERIC can log-in securely from any PC to stay completely on top of their campaigns, wherever, whenever. Yes, ERIC is set to make a lot of friends.
