For over 15 years, TRACKER has been recovering stolen vehicles and returning them to their rightful owners. But just meeting the needs of customers who typically own high value cars or expensive fleets didn't satisfy the TRACKER team - knowing that most vehicle thefts are in fact low-medium value cars, they wanted to open up their niche product to the general market, and so created a broader pricing structure which was both appropriate and fair.

But how to tell people? Cue Monitor Media: working closely with the TRACKER team, we developed a clever, multi-variate email-exclusive campaign designed to appeal to different audiences - tapping into known emotional reactions to car theft, ranging from frustration and anger at the losses incurred to worry and distress caused by the inconvenience of having to make alternative travel plans. And the segmentation didn't end there: clicking through took each recipient to a highly personalised microsite, complete with a secure ordering form, which smoothly and seamlessly converted recipient to customer via a holistic user experience.

Result? The UK's leading stolen vehicle recovery system just got bigger.
