Online Cover Notes Set To Change UK Insurance

Following a successful trial with selected brokers, leading insurer NIG, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group, today launched Online Cover Notes to all UK brokers. The web application, developed entirely by Monitor Media, represents a new and improved way for brokers to provide cover notes to their motor clients. In addition to saving time. the benefits for brokers include a professional looking output (with full preview facility) together with an online tracking facility allowing brokers to review earlier documentation.

So comprehensive is the functionality that NIG plans to stop accepting manual cover notes altogether, as soon as January 2007.
